Throughout my childhood and adult life, I have had many life situations in which I have found it very difficult to recognize what help I could ask for. How I could embark on a path of emotional healing? My inevitable losses also reshaped the way I thought of myself.

From the simple habit of listening to music, which I considered my hobby until I was twenty, during my research and travel, I developed a system for listening to music for therapeutic purposes. So that not only could I strengthen myself with the sounds, but the appropriate music would be able to do that for anyone.

Some of the crises that others have told me about and ultimately the scientific approach how the mind and emotions work, have completed the methodology. Today we can effectively support a way out of an emotionally exhausting life situation with guided music listenings for anyone who hears it.

There are limits to this help however. I had to realize that other support might be needed, but Guided Music Listening as a self-therapy in its simplicity, eventually became an invaluable part of my life.
